Ludmila Bess, M.D.

Zoya Preys, M.D.

Dr. Preys graduated from UCLA medical school and did her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at USC. While at USC, she became interested in cosmetic procedures involving the genitalia. In particular, she worked on multiple complex vaginal restorations on patients that had female circumcision.

Dr. Preys is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is also part of the teaching faculty at both Cedars Sinai and USC Medical School.

In private practice since 2000, she practices all aspects of obstetrics and gynecology with special interest in vaginal cosmetic procedures and diagnosis/treatment of cervical dysplasia/HPV lesions.

Carla Spades, M.D.

Dr. Spades was born and raised in Los Angeles. She graduated from California State University, Los Angeles, and moved on to attend UCLA where she obtained her medical degree, as well as a Master’s degree in Public Health, focused on Community Health Sciences. She completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center where she was awarded the Kenneth J. Ryan Residency Training Award for Excellence and Dedication to Family Planning, as well as the Special Resident in Minimally Invasive Gynecology. She is particularly passionate about minimally invasive techniques in Gynecologic surgery and preconception counseling.
